Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 2 onions
- 1 liter of water
- Salt
- ¾ tube(s) tomato paste
- 500 g pasta (spiral pasta)
- 1 cube of stock
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Noodle pot with minced meat, quick and inexpensive
Brown the minced meat in oil in a large pot. Finely chop the leek and onion and add it. Add the water, stock cube, tomato paste, and pasta. Season to taste and cook for about 20 minutes. Stir frequently and perhaps add a little more salt water. The pasta should be cooked through and the water should evaporate. Season to taste.
