Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g spaetzle
  • 300 g meat (roast leftovers)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 can of beans, approx. 220 g
  • some fat
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick use of leftovers with roast meat and spaetzle

Peel and finely dice the onion. Lightly brown the spaetzle and onions in fat. Cut the meat into portion-sized cubes, drain the beans, add both to the pan, and heat until hot. Season to taste. Fried potatoes are also a great substitute for spaetzle.
