Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 kg smoked pork, without bones, with bones accordingly more
  • 1 onion(s)
  • pepper
  • Garlic granules
  • Water
  • 1 can peas and carrots
  • 150 g rice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

easy and fast

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Season the smoked pork with pepper and sprinkle with garlic. Halve the onion and slice or finely slice. Place it in a watered Roman pot (do not preheat the oven!) or Ultraplus, place the smoked pork on top, and add water so that the smoked pork is about 2 cm submerged. Cover and cook at 200°C (400°F) for 1 hour. Cook the rice, warm the vegetables, and serve with the roast.
