Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 nectarines, in wedges
- 2 tbsp butter
- e.g. salt and pepper
- chili flakes
- possibly chili pepper(s)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
delicious side dish to pan-fried dishes
Fry the nectarine slices in butter until lightly browned. Then season with spices to taste. If you like it spicy, you can also add a chili pepper, sliced into rings. The nectarines go wonderfully with pan-fried meat (e.g., lamb fillet, beef fillet). Serve them while still hot. They also go well with vanilla ice cream. Add just a pinch of salt.
