Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 nectarines, in wedges
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • chili flakes
  • possibly chili pepper(s)

Fry the nectarine slices in butter until lightly browned. Then season with spices to taste. If you like it spicy, you can also add a chili pepper, sliced ​​into rings. The nectarines go wonderfully with pan-fried meat (e.g., lamb fillet, beef fillet). Serve them while still hot. They also go well with vanilla ice cream. Add just a pinch of salt.
