Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g veal liver, shredded
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter or clarified butter or other fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Baden recipe

Slice the onion into thin rings and sauté lightly in clarified butter. Then add the shredded liver and sear until crispy on all sides, stirring frequently. Finally, season with salt and pepper and immediately remove from the pan. Serve and garnish with chives. Serve with fried potatoes or bread. This serving serves 2-4 people, depending on the side dish.
