Roasted onion malt bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 500 ml malt beer
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 125 g fried onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and knead into a dough. Pour the dough into a greased or parchment-lined loaf pan. Preheat the oven to 190°C (fan/convection oven). Bake the bread for the first 30 minutes at 190°C, then for another 20 minutes at 170°C (348°F). Let cool on a wire rack.
