Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 ½ tbsp paprika powder
- ½ tsp chili powder
- some thyme
- some rosemary
- some marjoram
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 75 g low-fat yogurt
- ½ tsp horseradish
- some honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix the spices and herbs and sprinkle evenly over the salmon fillet. Fry the salmon in a pan until cooked through, turning the fillets occasionally. For the sauce, mix the yogurt with the horseradish and season with honey. Drizzle the sauce over the salmon fillets and serve. This goes well with baby potatoes and a green salad.
