Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g margarine
- 30 g cane sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 g spelt flour type 630
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 150 ml milk

Beat the margarine, brown sugar, and vanilla sugar with a mixer. Gradually beat in the eggs. Combine the spelt flour and baking powder, add to the foam mixture, and fold in. Pour in the milk and mix everything into a smooth batter. Let the waffle batter rise for about 20 minutes. Bake the waffles in a waffle iron until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired. This batter yields about 8 waffles.
