Roasted strawberries with thyme

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

very tasty with grilled or fried salmon fillet

Halve the strawberries and fry them in heated oil for about 2 minutes. Stir in the balsamic vinegar and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
