Robber-style meatloaf

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 200 g ham, cooked, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stale roll
  • 1 small can of mushrooms, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely diced
  • some margarine, for greasing
  • some breadcrumbs
  • 200 g breakfast bacon, sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a loaf pan with margarine and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Line the pan with bacon. Soak the bread roll and squeeze out any excess liquid. Add the ground beef, cooked ham, egg, mushrooms, onions, parsley, and seasonings and mix. Pour the ground beef mixture into the pan and bake for approximately 50-60 minutes.
