Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of natural tofu
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes (400 g)
  • 1 class can/n mushrooms, brown (230 g drained weight)
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 3 small onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp ajvar
  • 1 dashes Sriracha sauce
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

vegan predator meat, very simple, spicy and very tasty

Dice the bell pepper and tofu. Slice the onions into rings and chop the garlic. Sauté the tofu and onions, then add the bell peppers, mushrooms, and garlic and fry briefly. Stir in the ajvar and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the chopped tomatoes, stir in, and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and chili sauce. Simmer everything over low heat for about 30 minutes.
