Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 2 kg roast pork (salmon roast)
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 large onion(s)
- some salt and pepper
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Chop the onion and marinate with mustard and ketchup, then season with salt and pepper. Slice the meat, not all the way through, and spread the marinade between the slices. Carefully place the meat in a roasting pan, cover, and bake in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour. Then add the whipped cream and sour cream and cook uncovered for another 15 minutes.
