Robert Redford’s Sensational Green Olive Salad

The dressing
- 1 piece Romana salad – pick up
- 100 g Fresh sprouts
- 100 g Olives with paprika filling
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 30 ml White wine vinegar or 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tsp Fresh dill
- 1 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Pinches Sugar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0,25 tsp Freshly ground pepper
- Drain the artichokes and cut / divide into bite-sized pieces. Mix with romaine lettuce, sprouts and olives.
- Shake the dressing made of oil, vinegar, dill, parsley, sugar, salt, pepper and mustard in a can with a lid.
- Mix the dressing with the other ingredients just before serving.
