Ingredients
- 2 Figs fresh
- 3 small Tomatoes
- 1 Handful Arugula
- 1 Handful Onion rings blue
- Telly cherry pepper
- 30 g Italian salami
- 50 g Buffalo mozzarella
- 50 g Rose paprika powder
- .....
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil fruity
- 1 tablespoon Fig and chilli balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Apricot jam
- 2 Pinches Ground rosemary
- 2 Pinches Salt
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients for the dressing together and season with a little salt and rosemary. . Cut the figs into wedges and slice the tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella, squeeze it out with kitchen paper and cut into slices. Cut the salami into slices. Place all ingredients on a plate with the rocket and onion rings. Season with a little paprika and Tellicherry pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad.
