  • 170 2 Stück Pieces of roast beef or beef topside
  • 170 2 Stück Mustard
  • 170 2 Stück Ham
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Pickled cucumber
  1. I always buy the meat directly at the fresh tea from Edeka or Rewe. This avoids having to knock too hard at home. The employees like to cut fine slices from the rump steak. By the way: Roast beef is rump steak meat. It doesn’t turn into roast beef until it comes out of the oven. If the butcher’s help is not available, pound the meat flat to less than half a centimeter (e.g. with a knife) and brush with mustard. Salt and pepper and put the bacon on top. Then add the onions and, if you like, you can also add a few finely chopped pickles. Roll everything up tightly. Actually like a normal roulade; just raw.
