Rondnoir brownies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 1 pack of pralines (Ferrero Rondnoir, 14 scoops)
  • 4 eggs
  • 175 g sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g baking cocoa
  • 50 g almond flakes
  • 50 g walnut kernels

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Melt the butter over low heat, roughly chop the Ferrero Rondnoir and melt it in the butter, then let it cool slightly. Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Stir in the butter and Rondnoir mixture while stirring. Stir in the flour and cocoa powder. Roughly chop the walnuts and fold them in with the flaked almonds. Line a 20 x 20 cm baking pan with parchment paper. Spread the batter into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 20-25 minutes, depending on the desired moistness.
