Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g margarine, cold
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 120 g Parmesan, grated
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tbsp rosemary, finely chopped needles
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine the first 8 ingredients and quickly combine to form a dough. Do not knead. Chill the dough for 15 minutes. Then roll out and cut out shapes as desired. Whisk the egg yolk and milk together and brush the dough pieces with it. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
