Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g potato(s) (patties)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 2 garlic cloves
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C using top/bottom heat. Wash the patties and place them in a greased baking dish. Peel the garlic and dice them finely. Sprinkle them over the potatoes. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper. Wash the rosemary and thyme, then chop them finely. Sprinkle both over the potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and mix everything together again. Place in the oven and cook for about 50 minutes. Stir the potatoes occasionally to ensure they are always coated with oil and seasoning. Serve immediately.
