Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 ml gin
  • 500 g blackberries
  • 300 g white rock sugar (if you don’t like it too sweet, use less)
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), slit

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Put everything together in a sufficiently large glass container with a lid and let it steep for at least 3 weeks (preferably longer), strain and enjoy.
