Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg blackberries
  • 400 g brown rock sugar
  • 1 ½ liters of vodka, 37%

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 30 days; Total time approx. 30 days 15 minutes

Sort the blackberries, avoiding washing them if possible. Boil the rock sugar with 200 ml of water until the sugar dissolves. Mix the cooled syrup with vodka and stir into a container with the blackberries. Seal tightly and let stand for at least 2 months. Then strain, bottle, seal tightly, and let stand for a few more weeks.
