Rotschopferl's Pizza – Quiche

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough (also for quiche)
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 1 ball(s) of mozzarella
  • 200 g cheese, grated (Emmental)
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Nutmeg, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Prepare the dough according to the package instructions. Line a quiche dish with it. Prick the dough several times with a fork. Quarter the cherry tomatoes, slice the ham into strips, and dice the mozzarella. Spread the mixture over the dough base and sprinkle with grated cheese. Whisk the sour cream with the egg and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Spread the mixture over the quiche and place it in the oven preheated to 180°C. Bake for approximately 40 minutes. Best served with salad. Delicious warm or cold.
