- 200 g chocolate coating, white, milk or dark chocolate
- 25 g butter
- 40 g honey
- 80 ml cream or:
- 250 g chocolate coating
- 30 g butter
- 50 g honey
- 100 ml cream

ideal for cutting (does not break), for sheet cakes or springform pans
200g of chocolate coating is intended for a springform pan, while 250g is sufficient for a baking sheet. Cut the chocolate coating into tiny pieces and slowly melt it in a metal bowl over a pan of hot (but not boiling) water. Then gradually stir in the butter, honey, and cream. This consistency melts in your mouth, neither too hard nor too soft for slicing.
