Leek and ham pizza

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 80 g flour
  • ½ tsp dry yeast
  • some salt
  • 4 tbsp water, warm
  • 200 g leek, cleaned
  • 1 tsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • ½ bunch parsley, chopped
  • 50 g ham, cooked
  • 80 g sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp, leveled Parmesan
  • ½ clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
  • some sweet paprika powder
  • some pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the flour and yeast and knead with salt and water to form a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. In the meantime, cut the leek into strips, sauté in a pan with a little oil, and sauté with 1-2 teaspoons of water for about 10 minutes. Wash, dry, and chop the parsley. Cut the ham into strips. Whisk together the cream, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Lightly grease two ramekins (10-12 cm in diameter). Dust the dough again with a little flour and knead briefly. Line the prepared ramekins with the flour and slightly raise the edges. Spread the leek, ham, and parsley over the dough. Pour the egg mixture over it and bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
