Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 800 g rowan berries (mountain ash)
  • 1 liter of schnapps (grain)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pick the berries after the first frost, sort them, and place them in a carafe. Fill with the grain and seal. Let the mixture mature in a warm place for 6 weeks. Shake occasionally. After the ripening period, filter and bottle. Let it rest, tightly sealed, for another 2 months.
