Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g rowanberries, fresh (rowan)
- 50 g sugar
- 250 g honey
- ½ stalk(s) cinnamon
- 700 ml schnapps (apple schnapps)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Pick the berries after the first frost, sort them, and bring to a boil with the sugar. Pour the cooled mixture into a sufficiently large container. Add honey, cinnamon stick, and apple brandy. Store tightly closed in a warm, sunny place for 4-6 weeks. Shake occasionally. Filter the mixture, bottle, and let it rest for another 4 weeks in a cool, dark place.
