Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 m.-sized potatoes, diced or sliced
  • ¼ cucumber(s), diced
  • 5 radishes, sliced
  • 40 g chives, chopped
  • 20 g dill, chopped
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 eggs
  • Lemon juice, to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • Curry powder, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes and the eggs for 5 minutes, then let them cool. Chop everything according to the ingredients. Transfer to a bowl and stir well.
