Royal Pork Loin
The perfect royal pork loin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 700 g Pork loin
- 2 piece Free range eggs
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
- Sweet paprika powder
- Oil
- Do not wash the pork loin and cut it into slices. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Beat the eggs until frothy and rub the breadcrumbs well. Press down.
- Fry with the oil in a pan over high heat and then fry until golden brown on a low flame.
- I serve boiled potatoes, green beans and a paprika sauce. The pork loin is the best meat of the pig. So “royal” and the pig smirked while it was being slaughtered! Have fun cooking at home.
