Royal Pork Loin

The perfect royal pork loin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 700 g Pork loin
  • 2 piece Free range eggs
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Oil
  1. Do not wash the pork loin and cut it into slices. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Beat the eggs until frothy and rub the breadcrumbs well. Press down.
  1. Fry with the oil in a pan over high heat and then fry until golden brown on a low flame.
  1. I serve boiled potatoes, green beans and a paprika sauce. The pork loin is the best meat of the pig. So “royal” and the pig smirked while it was being slaughtered! Have fun cooking at home.
