Baking ingredients, make yourself

Wash unsulfured raisins. Drain in a sieve. Then place the raisins in a tightly sealed jar. Add 3-5 shots of rum. Seal the jar tightly. On the first day, turn the jar frequently to ensure the rum is evenly distributed. Later, turn the jar occasionally. If the raisins crystallize, add a little more rum. Remove raisins as needed and reseal the jar tightly. The rum-infused raisins will keep for a good 6 months.
