Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • Parsley and chives
  • salt and pepper
  • Mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs and halve them. Then, using a spoon, remove the yolks. Whisk the yolks with sour cream and mustard until combined. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the finely chopped parsley and chives. Using two teaspoons, spoon the mixture back into the empty egg whites. You can also use a piping bag if you have one.
