Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 125 g butter
- 1 kg low-fat curd cheese (20% fat)
- 2 packets of vanilla pudding powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 dash of lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
First, cream the butter until smooth, then stir in the other ingredients. Pour the batter into a greased 28 cm springform pan and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 1 hour. Tip: Fruit (e.g., canned mandarins or peaches) also tastes delicious on top of the batter.
