Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat
  • 200 g potatoes
  • 100 g carrot(s)
  • 100 g bell pepper(s)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 liters of water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Soup with meatballs

Chop the potatoes, carrots, part of the onion, and bell peppers, and cook them in salted water until almost tender. Meanwhile, for the meatballs, finely chop the remaining onion and mix it with the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Form the minced meat into small balls, add them to the soup, and cook for about 10 minutes. Season the soup to taste with salt and pepper at the end.
