Nacho Casserole

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 bags of nachos
  • 3 jar sauce, nacho sauce (310 ml)
  • 1 kg turkey schnitzel
  • 3 points cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 125 ml quark
  • Salt and pepper, salt, herbs and garlic seasoning
  • Milk
  • Herbs
  • garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

For the sauce, which will later be poured over the casserole once it’s ready: Combine the sour cream, quark, a little milk, spices, and herbs in a bowl and stir. Season to taste and add more seasoning if desired. Place the nachos in the casserole dish. Brown the meat and, when it’s ready, pour the nacho sauce over it and bring to a boil. Then pour the homemade sauce over the nachos and sprinkle everything with cheese.
