Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 340 g rye flour
  • 340 g wheat flour type 1050
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 ½ pack of dry yeast, 7 g each
  • 450 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

for the Unold Backmeister baking machine model 68010, makes approx. 10 slices

Thickly coat the kneader with margarine and add all the ingredients. Make sure to add the water last. Set the bread maker to standard and set the bread size to level II. Then start the program. After the program has finished, remove the baking pan and, if necessary, remove the kneader from the loaf. One loaf is enough for about 10 slices of bread.
