Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
- 6 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
- 2 tbsp semolina
- 200 ml cream
- some flavoring
- Fat for the mold
- Breadcrumbs or semolina for the mold

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Lemon, rum, or bitter almond flavorings are suitable, or a good mix of these. Stir together all ingredients. Grease a springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or semolina. Bake for 1 hour at 160°C (320°F) using a fan oven.
