Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g fat
- 150 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 375 g flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 1 pinch of lemon zest
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Beat the butter until soft, add a little sugar, and stir in the eggs and remaining sugar. Fold in 2-3 tablespoons of flour, then the rest. The dough can be cut into circles or piped onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper using a piping bag. Bake the pastry for 12-15 minutes at 210-225°C on the middle rack until lightly browned. Remove from the oven immediately after baking. It will be soft at first but will harden.
