Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of lamb’s lettuce
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 pack of diced bacon
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 2 packs of ham (Serrano)
  • ½ pack of feta cheese
  • 1 pack of mozzarella
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 dashes lime juice, more if desired
  • 1 shot of juice (multivitamin juice)
  • some parsley
  • 1 tsp, heaped mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Place the lamb’s lettuce in a large bowl. Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, feta cheese, mozzarella, and Serrano ham into pieces and add to the salad. Fry the pineapple with the bacon and pour over the salad while still warm. Meanwhile, for the dressing, combine the oil, balsamic vinegar, multivitamin juice, parsley, and lime juice. Then pour over the salad and stir well.
