  • 2,5 kg Potatoes
  • 2 Rods Halved leek lengthways and cut into fine strips

  2. Add the leeks, eggs, dried meat and flour to the potatoes, add salt and pepper and mix everything together well
  3. Mix the yeast with a little salt and mix it into the batter, then the waffles will be nice and loose
  4. Heat the waffle iron and bake the waffles in it until they are golden brown and crispy.
