Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 large potatoes, waxy
- ½ ring/s of meat sausage (Lyoner), possibly more
- 1 small onion(s)
- 300 g pasta
- e.g. vegetable broth
- some milk
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- Parsley

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Peel the potatoes, quarter them, and cut them into chunks. Then boil them in salted water. Cook the pasta in vegetable broth. Meanwhile, chop the onion and the Lyoner sausage into small pieces. When the potatoes are tender, lightly fry them in a pan, add the onion and Lyoner sausage, and cook for a few more minutes. Add the pasta. Beat the eggs and pour them over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper, and stir everything through. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Finally, add a little milk (3 tablespoons), serve, and garnish with parsley.
