Sabine’s Apple Tiramisu

The perfect sabine’s apple tiramisu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 glass Applesauce … I had my own :))
  • 1 packet Ladyfingers
  • 100 g Flaked almonds
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 Egg yolk
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 300 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 1 Vanilla sugar
  • Cocoa powder
  1. Place the spoon biscuits in a baking dish and spread the applesauce over it.
  2. Melt 3 tablespoons of sugar in a pan and add the flaked almonds, stir in briefly and then spread over the applesauce.
  3. Beat egg yolks, 3 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla sugar until lightly frothy, stir in cream cheese and mascarpone, pour onto the almonds and smooth out, cover with foil and then leave to soak in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Dust with cocoa before serving ……
