Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 eggs, boiled
  • 250 g quark (curd cheese, 20%)
  • 1 tbsp cream (sour)
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 50 g onion(s)
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Spread for the party

Stir together the curd cheese, cream, and butter. Set aside the egg slices for garnish. Finely chop the remaining eggs, finely chop the anchovy and onion, and mix everything together. Serve with baguette or white bread.
