Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 220 g powdered sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 125 g butter
  • ⅛ liter Amaretto
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick, easy and very tasty

Cream soft butter with eggs, vanilla sugar and sugar until fluffy, mix in flour, baking powder and Amaretto, pour into any greased dish (bundt cake, wreath dish, etc.) and bake in a preheated oven for approx. 50 minutes at 180°C – once cooled, sprinkle with icing sugar.
