Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 handful of sage, very finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 small onion(s), very finely chopped
- 250 g butter
- Salt and pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and press the garlic. Remove 1 tablespoon of the butter and heat it in a small pan. Lightly fry the garlic, onion, and sage in it. Season with pepper and salt, add to the remaining room-temperature butter, and mix well. Season to taste and refrigerate. Goes well with grilled food, baguette, pasta, and baked potatoes.
