Salad: Asia Pasta Salad

  • 250 g Mie noodles, according to package instructions
  • 300 g Frozen prawns, thawed
  • 2 Solo garlic chopped
  • 8 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 125 ml Orange juice
  • 0,5 tsp Chili powder
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • 2 Carrots, grated into thin strips
  • 150 g White cabbage (white cabbage) grated into thin strips
  • 1 tbsp Desiccated coconut
  • Ginger powder
  • 1 Mango, cut into cubes
  • 3 Spring onions cut into rolls

for the marinade

  1. 6 tbsp sasame oil, stir together with soy sauce, sugar, chili powder, ginger powder and orange juice
  2. Prepare Mie-Nuden according to the instructions on the packet, drain in a colander and then transfer to a bowl.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil in a pan, fry the prawns and chopped garlic for 2 minutes. Add to the pasta.
