Salad: Asia Pasta Salad

- 250 g Mie noodles, according to package instructions
- 300 g Frozen prawns, thawed
- 2 Solo garlic chopped
- 8 tbsp Sesame oil
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 125 ml Orange juice
- 0,5 tsp Chili powder
- 0,5 tsp Sugar
- 2 Carrots, grated into thin strips
- 150 g White cabbage (white cabbage) grated into thin strips
- 1 tbsp Desiccated coconut
- Ginger powder
- 1 Mango, cut into cubes
- 3 Spring onions cut into rolls
for the marinade
- 6 tbsp sasame oil, stir together with soy sauce, sugar, chili powder, ginger powder and orange juice
- Prepare Mie-Nuden according to the instructions on the packet, drain in a colander and then transfer to a bowl.
- Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil in a pan, fry the prawns and chopped garlic for 2 minutes. Add to the pasta.
