Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g organic cucumber(s)
  • some chives
  • 500 g buttermilk
  • 3 sprigs of dill
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pepper, mixed, from the mill
  • some mint
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • some chives and chive flowers for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cucumber and milk for two

Wash the cucumber and cut into pieces. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Pluck the dill sprigs from the stems. Purée the cucumber pieces with the lemon juice, buttermilk, and dill sprigs in a blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the mint and let it steep for a while. Purée again, pour into attractive glasses, and garnish with chives and chive blossoms. Serve immediately.
