Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of ready-made salad dressing mix with dill herbs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground, plenty
  • 1 tsp beef broth, instant or chicken broth from the jar
  • 40 ml water, hot
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • possibly garlic or chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

suitable for all leaf and mixed salads

Pour the ready-made salad dressing mix into a mixing bowl, add a generous pinch of salt, pepper, and stock powder. Top up with approximately 40 ml of hot water and mix everything thoroughly with a whisk. Then add a cup of sweet cream and a tablespoon of mayonnaise, mix well, and season to taste. This is the base; if you like, you can add garlic, chili, or other spices to your liking.
