Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
- some vinegar
- salt and pepper
- some sugar or liquid sweetener
- e.g. parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour the sour cream into a measuring jug. Add the oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper, and a little parsley if desired. Blend thoroughly with a hand mixer or immersion blender. It’s ready—it’s sure to work and goes well with almost any salad.
