Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tsp sesame seeds
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
- salt and pepper
- Sweetener, liquid
Instructions

Toast the sesame seeds in a nonstick pan without any oil. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar, stir in the honey and oil. Season with salt, pepper, and sweetener. Tip: Add sliced mushrooms to the dressing, sauté briefly, and serve over leaf salad.
