Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 ml milk
  • 150 ml mayonnaise
  • 50 ml vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Herbs to taste
  • Spice(s) to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. I use a hand mixer for this. This makes about 0.5 liters of salad dressing, which will keep in the refrigerator for three to four weeks.
