Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
- 6 tbsp water, cold
- ¼ tsp iodized salt or herbal salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp mustard
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely diced
- ¼ onion(s), finely diced
- 1 tsp salad seasoning mix
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
Instructions

Keeps in the refrigerator for 4-5 days, low in fat and tasty
Simply combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a mixer. Tip: Since this recipe is easy to prepare and keeps well in the fridge for 4-5 days, I usually double or triple the batch.
