Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients either in a salad bowl or in a shaker. Depending on which mustard or balsamic vinegar you use, you can add your own personal touch to the dressing. It’s great with lamb’s lettuce. You can also use the dressing with mixed salads. If you prepare it in a shaker, the dressing will be creamier, and everyone can use as much as they like. After all, lamb’s lettuce tastes best when it’s not drowned in dressing.
